Understand the Alert:
The alert indicates that you're attempting to log in from an IP address or location that hasn't been previously registered with your account.
Check Your Email for Verification:
Palm Smart Chain will send an email to your registered email address. This email will contain details about the IP address and the city from which the login attempt was made.
Review Carefully: Check the IP address and login city information provided in the email. If the login attempt was made by you, proceed to verify the device.
Verify Your Device:
If the login attempt is legitimate, click on the "Verify Device" link in the email.
After clicking, you will receive an OTP on both your registered email and mobile number.
Complete Device Verification:
Enter the OTPs received on your email and mobile number to complete the device verification.
Important: Without completing this step, your new device will not be registered, and you won't be able to log in.
Retry the Login Process:
Once your device is verified, return to the login page and restart the login process.
Security Note: If you did not initiate the login attempt, do not click on the "Verify Device" link. Instead, contact Palm Wallet support immediately to secure your account.
